When is your order shipped?
Orders are shipped the next working day, or the same day for orders generally placed before 12,00
From that moment on, calculate 1 working day for delivery throughout Europe (2 days for Southern Italy and the islands)
How can I track the shipment?
The tracking is sent by email with the shipping confirmation when your package is prepared and shipped,
if you have not received the email, check the spam or promotions box.
In the email you will see a Mail Boxes tracking number (which takes care of the logistics of Rock'n'Roll Emporium) and you can track it with the "tracking" button.
The tracking will begin to update after about 6/12 and will also show you the TNT code (if you are in Italy) or UPS (for other countries).
Remember that the next working day you will receive delivery (with the exception of Southern Italy where it takes 2 days or any particular mountain locations)
