We use TNT for shipments to Italy
UPS is the courier to all other countries
Orders placed before 9,30am are usually shipped the same day (otherwise the next working day).
You will receive the tracking email the day the package is departing from Parma (Italy).
You receive it the next business day after shipment regardless of your location.
The delivery is so fast because we use the UPS air service all over Europe, in Italy there is the TNT truck service
The only exceptions:
Southern Italy, Venice lagoon and islands (2 days)
Mountain location (2 days)

Clicking tracking in the email you received you will land on the site of Mail Boxes which is the company that takes care of our logistics.
